Prints

Each print is made to order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference.
Replacements or refunds are granted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Contact michele@infernobloom.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Originals

All original artworks are final sale.
If an original arrives damaged, email michele@infernobloom.com  within 7 days of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging.
Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
