Fulfillment Sources

Inferno Bloom ships from multiple locations:

Processing Times
Print Orders: 2–5 business days before dispatch.
Original Artworks: 5–10 business days before dispatch.

Shipping Methods
Domestic (U.S.) – USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
International delivery 10–20 business days; customer pays customs and taxes.

Packaging & Care
Originals ship with archival wrapping and protective boxes or crates. Each includes a certificate of authenticity and is insured.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Printful Items: Replaced by Printful after verification.
Original Artworks: Report within 7 days to michele@infernobloom.com with photos. Keep packaging for claims.

Split Shipments
Orders containing both prints and originals may arrive in separate packages and on different timelines.

Inferno Bloom LLC ships worldwide. All prints are fulfilled through trusted international partners to ensure quality and reliable delivery. Original artworks are shipped directly from the artist’s studio in the United States and or Europe.

We collect duties and import taxes at checkout whenever possible to prevent surprise customs fees. If additional import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are assessed by your country’s customs authority, they remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times for international orders vary by region (typically 10–20 business days). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or carrier hold-ups, but we’ll always assist in tracking and resolving issues when they arise.
